岗位职责:
1. 带领分公司项目团队,从新客户开发到战略协议签订的整个项目过程跟踪,投标启动会议、投标文件制作,拜访客户进行投标澄清、谈判、签约;
Lead branch project team to track the whole project process from New KA development to agreement signed, including Kick off meeting, bidding documents double check, and customer visit for bidding clarification, negotiation and signing.
2. 定期审查和续签战略协议,制定新的销售策略向客户推广;
Review and renew strategy agreement periodically, Set up new project selling strategy and promote to customer
3. 客户关系维护: 客户总部在公司对外窗口单一联络人,与客户相关部门紧密联系并提供相关支持如月度/季度项目管理报告,确保客户的需求在符合奥的斯最大利益的情况下得到满足;
Customer Relationship Maintenance: The single external windows from OTIS to customer headquarters, connect closely with relevant customer departments and provide support, such as monthly/quarterly project management reports, to ensure customer’s needs are met with best interest of OTIS;
4. 与落地分公司合作搭建管理对接架构,跟踪并确保客户合同的及时签约和其他紧急需求;
Cooperate with the landing branch to build the management structure track and ensure on time sign and delivery and other urgent needs from customer.
5. 客户项下所有项目的数据管理和维护,建立项目跟踪报告,制定行动计划并参考相关资源,每月/季度向上级领导汇报;
Set up project tracking report, to make action plan and refer to relevant resources and report to management level monthly / quarterly.
6. 落地项目控制主要是价格及条款的合同评审,确保符合策略;
Landing contract control mainly on estimation and contract review, make sure to comply with the strategy agreement and police.
7. 客户满意度评分改善跟踪;
Customer satisfaction survey tracking and improvement
8. 支持新梯部门新投标/续签需求
Support NE department new bidding and renew requirement
任职要求:
本科以上学历
有电梯行业维保销售经验优先
